Important
All registrants belonging to the following categories are required to submit proof of their status by emailing the relevant documentation to info@ccp.lk:
- Undergraduates – Submit a copy of your Student ID.
- Medical Officers – Submit a letter from your consultant.
- Postgraduates (PG) Trainees – Submit your PG Trainee ID or a letter from your consultant.
Cancellation policy
- All requests for cancellations must be received in writing sent to info@ccp.lk
- For all cancellations received on or before 25th August 2026, the registration fee will be
refunded in full with a deduction of 25% as a cancellation fee to cover administration costs - Please note that refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference
- No refunds of registration fees will be made after this date.

You will receive a confirmatory email with a registration ID upon completion of conference registration and the payment.
Please provide this email as proof of registration when you are signing in at the registration desk at the conference.
