If you wish to attend any of the pre-conference workshops, please note that you are required to register for it separately.
Early bird registration deadline – 15th August 2025
- Payments can be made by VISA credit or debit card.
- You will receive a confirmatory email address with a registration ID upon completion
of conference registration and the payment. Please provide this email as proof of
registration when you are signing in at the registration desk at the conference.
Important
All registrants belonging to the following categories are required to submit proof of their status by emailing the relevant documentation to info@ccp.lk:
- Undergraduates – Submit a copy of your Student ID.
- Medical Officers – Submit a letter from your Consultant.
- Postgraduate (PG) Trainees – Submit your PG Trainee ID or a letter from your Consultant.
Cancellation policy
- All requests for cancellations must be received in writing sent to info@ccp.lk
- For all cancellations received on or before 15th August 2025, the registration fee will be
refunded in full with a deduction of 25% as a cancellation fee to cover administration costs.
Please note that refunds will be processed only after the conclusion of the conference - No refunds of registration fees will be made after this date.
