Best Publication by a Physician 2024
This award is presented to the best paper published in a science citation indexed journal within the period from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
Criteria:
- Randomised controlled trials or meta-analyses are given priority, while large cohort, cross-sectional or case-control studies are also considered.
- Case series and case reports are not considered.
- At least 60% of the authors of the paper should be local.
Eligibility
- The applicant should be a Full member of the Ceylon College of Physicians
- The applicant should be a physician who is the lead author/corresponding author/a physician with a substantial contribution to the paper published.
